Thank you for shopping with Edinburgh Jewellery Repair. We strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of the order date.
- The jewellery is unworn and remains in its original condition and packaging.
Please note:
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings unless the item is faulty.
- We do not accept returns of bespoke jewellery.
Return Process
- Contact Us First: Before sending your item, please contact our team to arrange the return or exchange. This allows us to provide you with the necessary instructions and ensure a smooth process.
- Sender’s Responsibility: The cost of postage for returning items is to be covered by the sender. Additionally, the returned items are the sender’s responsibility until they are received by Edinburgh Jewellery Repair. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery method.
Ring Resizing Service
With our workshop on the premises, we can measure your finger size in person at Edinburgh Jewellery Repair and offer a reduced resizing price upon presentation of your order receipt. Alternatively, you can post your ring to us with your preferred size. An additional postage charge will be applied to return your ring, and this service must be arranged in advance by contacting us.
Please note that some ring designs may not be possible to resize, and large alterations may not be feasible.
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty, please contact us immediately. Faulty items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
