We can accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the order date if the jewellery is unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us in advance to arrange a return. Postage costs are to be covered by the sender and are the sender’s responsibility until received by Edinburgh Jewellery Repair. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges of earrings due to hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.

With our workshop on the premises, we can measure your finger size in person at Edinburgh Jewellery Repair and can offer a reduced resizing price upon presentation of your order receipt. Alternatively, you can post your ring to us with your preferred size. An additional postage charge will be taken to return your ring to you and this service needs to be arranged in advance by contacting us.
Please note that some ring designs may not be possible to resize, or large alterations may not be possible.
