Delivery Information
Can I collect in person?
Yes, you can. Please select the collection option during checkout. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is ready to collect during our opening hours.
What delivery services do you offer?
All purchases will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery which is a fully insured Next-Day service. This service costs £25-£50 to ensure that your jewellery arrives to you safely.
Where do you post to?
We post to UK addresses serviced by Royal Mail. If you wish to order from outside the UK, please contact us in advance by email.
What is your cut-off time for next-day delivery?
Orders should be placed before 1pm to qualify for next day delivery. Please note, orders placed on Friday before 1pm will be scheduled to arrive on Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
